A clearer way to find property-clearing help

Clear Land Connect helps property owners organize their project information and connect with independent professionals who provide clearing and vegetation services. You remain in control of who you speak with and whether you accept an estimate.

Step 1

Submit your project

Complete a short guided request covering property location, service needed, approximate project size, terrain and vegetation, equipment access, timeline, notices or deadlines, and contact preferences. Upload photos when available — photos can help a professional understand vegetation density, slope and access before contacting you.

Step 2

We review the information

Clear Land Connect reviews the submission for basic completeness and identifies the location, service category and likely project requirements. We may contact you if important details are missing. This is not a property inspection, project estimate or compliance determination.

Step 3

We identify a potential match

We look for participating professionals whose listed service area and capabilities align with the request. Matching may consider county and community, type of clearing, acreage, terrain, equipment needs, residential or commercial work, project size, and requested timeline. Provider availability is not guaranteed in every area.

Step 4

A professional may contact you

A participating professional may contact you to ask questions, schedule a property visit or discuss next steps. The provider is responsible for evaluating the property, recommending a scope, confirming availability, providing an estimate, explaining licensing and insurance, providing the service agreement, and performing the work.

Step 5

Choose whether to proceed

You are not required to hire a provider simply because you submitted a request or received an estimate. Before hiring, consider confirming the scope in writing, comparing estimates when appropriate, checking licensing, verifying insurance, reviewing payment terms, confirming cleanup and disposal, clarifying what is not included, and keeping copies of agreements and receipts.

How we review participating professionals

Before a professional is listed as participating, Clear Land Connect reviews the following:

  • Contractor license status, verified through the California Contractors State License Board
  • Liability insurance coverage
  • Workers' compensation coverage where applicable
  • Listed service areas and project capabilities

Verification is performed at the time a professional is listed. Provider information may change after listing, and Clear Land Connect does not guarantee that a provider remains licensed, insured, or suitable for a specific project. You should still verify licensing and insurance before hiring. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own estimates, contracts, pricing, scheduling, and work.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many professionals will contact me?
Clear Land Connect aims to make relevant connections rather than distributing requests indiscriminately. The number of contacts may vary based on availability and the project.
Do you choose the contractor for me?
No. Clear Land Connect may introduce you to a provider, but you decide whether to request an estimate or hire the business.
Does submitting the form create a contract?
No. Any service agreement is made directly between you and the independent provider.
Do you guarantee the provider's work?
No. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work, representations, licensing, insurance and agreements.
What happens if no professional is available?
We may retain the request while checking availability or let you know that a match could not be made.
Can I cancel my request?
Yes. Contact Clear Land Connect and ask that the request be closed. Information already shared with a provider may remain in that provider's records.
